PM Recovery assists customers with full and complete documentation including proper drum labels, carrier placarding, manifests, correct shipping documentation and detailed paper trail from “cradle to grave”; Completely evidencing the flow of your specific and uniquely identified project from initial pick up through final consumption.

PM Recovery transportation coverage is supported by our in-house logistics and transportation department; A dedicated team with experience in providing prompt pick up and supply chain management via rail, highway, barge or ocean vessel.

PM Recovery contract carriers are fully insured, permitted, licensed and trained to handle any material and strictly adhere to the U.S., D.O.T. Federal Code of Regulations section 49 Transportation parts 100 to 185.

PM Recovery employs CHEMTREC our 24-hour emergency response and monitoring service allowing heightened notification, communication and assistance for any transportation emergencies.

PM Recovery maintains outside independent environmental and OSHA site auditors ENVIRONSPECT on retainer for constant internal site assessment of our various facilities. In addition, facilities are CHWMEG audited, a non-profit association comprised of manufacturing and industrial companies interested in efficiently managing the waste management aspects of environmental stewardship programs by conducting independent reviews of facilities that treat, store dispose, recycle or transport waste.

Our constant efforts to provide our generator partners with ease of mind continues with our current ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certification project.   

PM Recovery recognizes the concern that generators have regarding a liability exposure once material is purchased by a reclamation facility. We furnish and offer the benefit of a comprehensive pollution, general and excess liability insurance coverage to customers; each company is specifically endorsed as valid policy holders and beneficiaries covering risk from the time we take title through final consumption.

Our corporate mandate to offer customers fair and impartial settlements is the motivation to utilize neutral third “party” labs for analytical services; despite our own in house abilities to sample and analyze materials. All final accounting is based on umpire analytical findings assuring our generator partners impartial results.
